Garden Rovers의 운영자 및 개인정보 문의 담당자는 박운상(ParkUnsang)입니다. 문의: gardenrovers@gmail.com. 적용일: 2026년 10월 5일. 아래 국가·나이별 저장 분기는 1.0.0 이후 버전에 적용되며, 이전 0.1.0 테스트 버전은 온라인 게스트 방식을 사용했습니다. 광고 관련 내용은 광고 기능이 활성화된 버전에 적용됩니다. 2026년 10월 5일 현재 공개 버전에는 광고가 활성화되어 있지 않습니다.
어린이와 기기 저장
1.0.0 출시 버전은 처음 실행할 때 거주 국가와 만 나이를 확인하여 저장 방식을 정합니다. 대한민국 14세, 미국·영국 13세, 프랑스 15세, 독일 16세, 스페인·이탈리아 14세 미만은 기기에만 저장합니다. 그 밖의 국가·지역은 현재 나이와 관계없이 기기 저장을 제공합니다.
기기 저장 모드에서는 온라인 계정 생성, 이메일 로그인, 서버 동기화, 온라인 랭킹을 사용하지 않습니다. 레벨·코인·하트·아이템·프로필·설정은 기기에 저장합니다. 입력한 나이와 생년월일은 서버에 보내거나 그대로 보관하지 않습니다. 선택 국가, 적용 정책, 저장 모드만 기기에 남깁니다.
보호자 동의로 어린이의 온라인 기능을 여는 절차는 제공하지 않습니다. 앱 삭제 또는 기기 변경 시 기기 저장 기록을 잃을 수 있습니다. 기존 버전에서 서버에 저장한 기록이 새 모드 선택만으로 자동 삭제되지는 않습니다. 해당 기록은 지원 이메일로 문의해 주세요.
온라인 모드에서 처리하는 정보
온라인 모드는 익명 사용자 ID로 게스트 계정을 생성합니다. 이메일을 입력하지 않아도 ID, 닉네임과 선택한 로버·색상·배경, 완료 레벨, 게임 시작·완료와 결과 검증 기록, 코인·하트·아이템 보유 및 사용 기록을 서버에 저장합니다. 게임 제공, 진행 동기화, 보상 지급과 부정 이용 방지에 사용합니다.
이메일 계정 연결은 선택 사항입니다. 입력한 이메일은 인증 코드 발송, 로그인과 계정 복구에 사용합니다. 랭킹에는 닉네임, 선택한 프로필과 진행 레벨이 표시됩니다. 실명이나 연락처를 닉네임으로 입력하지 마세요.
서버·인증 업체는 연결 처리와 보안을 위해 IP 주소, 요청 시각·경로, 오류·상태 코드 및 인증 이벤트를 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱은 요청 제한에 IP 또는 사용자 ID를 사용합니다. 문의 시에는 발신 이메일, 문의 내용과 자발적으로 첨부한 자료를 처리합니다.
현재 현금 결제나 별도 행동 분석 서비스는 제공하지 않습니다. 광고 기능의 처리 범위와 선택 방법은 아래 광고 항목을 참고해 주세요. 새로운 처리 목적이 생기면 먼저 안내하고 필요한 절차를 거칩니다.
광고와 개인정보 선택
광고가 활성화된 버전은 온라인 이용 자격을 충족한 이용자에게 Google AdMob 배너와 선택형 보상 광고를 제공합니다. 어린이·기기 저장 모드 및 국가·나이 확인 전에는 광고 SDK를 초기화하거나 광고를 요청하지 않습니다. 보상 광고를 끝까지 시청하면 안내된 게임 보상을 지급합니다.
앱은 비맞춤형 광고를 요청합니다. 이것이 정보 수집이 전혀 없다는 뜻은 아닙니다. Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공·측정·부정 이용 방지를 위해 IP 주소와 이로 추정되는 대략적 위치, 기기·앱 식별자, 광고 노출·상호작용 및 진단·성능 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱은 정확한 위치를 광고에 제공하지 않으며 iOS 광고 추적 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
해당 지역에서는 광고 요청 전에 Google의 개인정보 선택 화면을 표시합니다. 제공되는 거부·관리 옵션으로 선택하고, 앱 설정의 광고 개인정보 옵션에서 다시 변경할 수 있습니다. 동의 상태에 따라 광고가 제한되거나 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다.
보상 검증에는 무작위 광고 세션 ID를 Google에 전달합니다. Google의 서명된 시청 완료 알림과 거래 ID, 광고 종류·시각·지급 기록을 온라인 계정에 연결하여 중복 지급 방지와 일일 한도 처리에 사용하며 계정 삭제 시 함께 삭제합니다. 이메일이나 닉네임은 광고 요청에 전달하지 않습니다.
Google 및 광고 파트너는 미국 등 거주 국가 밖에서 관련 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. Google의 처리·보관·개인정보 선택 안내: https://policies.google.com/privacy, https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Google이 처리한 정보를 앱 계정 삭제만으로 모두 삭제할 수 있는 것은 아닙니다.
서비스 제공업체와 국외 처리

고객지원 이메일은 Gmail(Google)을 이용합니다. 이용자가 문의를 보내면 이메일과 첨부 자료가 Google의 서비스 인프라에서 처리되며 미국 등 거주 국가 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 자세한 안내: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
온라인 서비스를 이용하거나 인증 메일·지원을 요청할 때 필요한 정보가 암호화된 통신으로 전달됩니다. 제공업체는 서비스 제공과 보안을 위해 하위 처리업체를 이용할 수 있습니다. 국외 처리나 온라인 저장을 원하지 않는 경우 온라인 이용을 중단하고 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 해당 온라인 기능의 제공은 제한됩니다. 국가별로 적용되는 권리와 이전 보호 조치에 관한 설명은 지원 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.
보관 기간과 삭제
온라인 프로필·게임 기록은 계정을 제공하는 동안 보관하며, 계정 삭제 요청 시 운영 데이터베이스에서 삭제합니다. 인증 계정 삭제가 일시적으로 실패하면 완료될 때까지 재시도합니다. 삭제를 요청한 계정의 접근은 차단합니다.
이전 인증 토큰의 재사용 방지를 위한 사용자 ID 해시와 삭제 처리 시각은 인증 계정 삭제 완료 후 30일 동안 보관한 뒤 정리합니다. 정상 운영 중에는 만료 후 다음 정리 주기(최대 1시간)에 제거하며, 장애 시 복구 후 처리합니다. 삭제가 완료되지 않은 요청의 정보는 처리를 마칠 때까지 유지합니다.
현재 Render Hobby 로그 조회 기간은 7일입니다. Supabase Free의 API·데이터베이스 로그 조회 기간은 1일, 인증 감사 로그 조회 기간은 1시간이며 인증 감사 로그의 별도 DB 쓰기는 꺼져 있습니다. 이 조회 기간이 제공업체의 모든 보안·복구 사본 삭제 시점과 같다는 의미는 아닙니다.
Resend의 일반 이메일·로그 보관 기간은 30일이며 백업은 7일입니다. Supabase 프로젝트에는 현재 운영자가 사용할 수 있는 예약 백업이 구성되어 있지 않습니다. 제공업체의 보안·법적 의무에 따른 별도 보관은 각 업체 정책에 따릅니다. 운영 데이터 삭제가 모든 제공업체 사본의 즉시 삭제를 뜻하지 않습니다.
지원 문의 자료는 문의 처리에 필요한 동안 보관하고, 해결 후 더 이상 필요하지 않으면 삭제합니다. 법률에 따른 보관이나 실제 분쟁 대응이 필요한 경우에는 해당 목적과 기간에 한해 별도로 보관합니다.
권리 행사와 안전한 이용
온라인 기록은 설정 → 계정 및 동기화 → 계정 탈퇴 또는 게스트 기록 삭제에서 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 기기 저장 기록은 설정 → 모든 기록 초기화에서 삭제할 수 있으며 두 저장소는 별개입니다. 웹 안내: https://garden-rovers-api.onrender.com/delete-account.
정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한, 적용 법률에 따른 이동·이의 제기 등의 요청은 gardenrovers@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요. 요청자 확인 후 적용 법률에 따른 기간 안에 처리합니다. 이메일 미연결 게스트는 이메일 주소만으로 소유권을 확인할 수 없습니다. 비밀번호나 인증 코드를 지원 문의에 보내지 마세요.
어린이의 정보가 의도치 않게 서버에 저장되었다고 판단하는 보호자는 지원 이메일로 문의해 주세요. 확인 후 관련 정보를 삭제하거나 필요한 보호 조치를 취합니다. 관할 개인정보 감독기관에도 문의 또는 불만을 제기할 수 있습니다.
통신 암호화, 인증된 요청 처리와 데이터베이스 접근 제한을 적용합니다. 방침 변경 시 이 페이지의 적용일과 내용을 갱신하고, 중요한 변경은 앱 등 적절한 방법으로 안내합니다.
Privacy Policy
Operator and contact
Garden Rovers is operated by ParkUnsang (박운상), the contact responsible for privacy inquiries. Email: gardenrovers@gmail.com. Effective October 5, 2026. The country/age storage flow applies from version 1.0.0; earlier 0.1.0 test builds used online guests. Advertising provisions apply to versions with advertising enabled. Advertising is not enabled in the public release as of October 5, 2026.
Children and device-only storage
At first launch, residence country and age determine the storage mode. Device-only mode applies below 14 in South Korea, 13 in the US and UK, 15 in France, 16 in Germany, and 14 in Spain and Italy. Other countries and regions currently use device-only mode at every age.
Device-only mode does not create online accounts or use email sign-in, cloud sync or online rankings. Levels, coins, hearts, items, profile and settings stay on the device. The entered age and date of birth are not retained or sent to a server. Only the selected country, policy and storage mode are saved locally.
We do not offer a parental-consent flow to enable online features for children. Uninstalling the app or changing devices can lose local records. Choosing this mode does not automatically delete records previously stored online by older versions; contact support about those records.
Information processed in online mode
Online mode creates an anonymous guest identifier. Even without email, the server stores this ID, nickname and selected rover, colors and background, completed levels, game start/completion and verification records, and coin, heart and item balances and use. We use these to provide gameplay, sync progress, award rewards and prevent abuse.
Linking an email account is optional. Email is used to deliver authentication codes, sign in and recover an account. Rankings display the nickname, selected profile and completed level. Do not put your real name or contact details in a nickname.
Hosting and authentication services may process IP addresses, request times and paths, error/status codes and authentication events for connection handling and security. Our request limiter uses an IP address or user identifier. Support requests include the sender’s address, message and voluntarily provided attachments.
We currently offer no real-money purchases or separate behavioral analytics service. Advertising processing and choices are described below. We will provide notice and follow applicable requirements before introducing new purposes.
Advertising and privacy choices
Versions with advertising enabled offer Google AdMob banners and optional rewarded ads to eligible online users. The ad SDK is not initialized and ads are not requested in child/device-only mode or before the country/age check. Completing a rewarded ad grants the described game reward.
The app requests non-personalized ads; this does not mean no data is collected. Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, device/app identifiers, ad impressions/interactions, and diagnostic/performance information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. We do not provide precise location to ads or request iOS tracking authorization.
Where applicable, Google privacy choices appear before ad requests. Use the offered refusal and management options, and revisit Advertising privacy options in app settings. Depending on your choices, ads may be limited or unavailable.
We send Google a random ad-session ID to verify rewards. Signed completion callbacks, transaction IDs, ad type/time and reward records are linked to the online account to prevent duplicates and enforce daily limits; these records are deleted with the account. We do not send email addresses or nicknames in ad requests.
Google and advertising partners may process information outside your country, including the USA. Deleting the app account does not delete all information separately processed by Google.
Providers and international processing
Supabase Pte. Ltd. provides authentication and the database, processing online identifiers, email, profile/game records and authentication information. The project database is in Oregon, USA. Contact and processing details: https://supabase.com/privacy and https://supabase.com/legal/dpa.
Render hosts the game API and processes online requests/responses, connection and error information in Oregon, USA. Contact and details: https://render.com/privacy.
Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) delivers authentication emails, processing recipient addresses, message content and delivery logs in the USA. Contact: privacy@resend.com. Details: https://resend.com/security/gdpr.
Support uses Gmail (Google). Messages and attachments sent to us are processed in Google’s infrastructure, potentially outside your country, including the USA. Details: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Necessary information is transmitted over encrypted connections when you use online services, request authentication emails or contact support. Providers may engage subprocessors for service delivery and security. You can stop using online services and request deletion if you do not want this processing; those online features will then be unavailable. Contact us for information about applicable rights and international-transfer safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Online profiles and game records are retained while we provide the account and removed from the live database when account deletion is requested. Authentication deletion is retried if the provider is temporarily unavailable. Access for the deletion-requested account is blocked.
A hash of the user identifier and deletion timestamps block old authentication tokens. These are kept for 30 days after authentication deletion completes and removed on the next hourly cleanup during normal operation, or after recovery from an outage. Pending deletion information remains until processing is complete.
Current dashboard access windows are 7 days for Render Hobby logs, 1 day for Supabase Free API/database logs, and 1 hour for Supabase authentication audit logs. Separate database writing of auth audit logs is disabled. Access windows do not establish when every provider security or recovery copy is deleted.
Resend generally retains email/log data for 30 days and backups for 7 days. This Supabase project currently has no operator-accessible scheduled backup configured. Provider security or legally required retention follows their policies. Live account deletion does not instantly delete every provider copy.
Support information is kept while needed to resolve the request and deleted when no longer needed afterward. Where law or an actual dispute requires retention, it is restricted to that purpose and period.
Your rights and safeguards
Request online deletion under Settings → Account and sync → Delete account or Delete guest data. Device-only records can be cleared in Settings → Reset all progress. These stores are separate. Web instructions: https://garden-rovers-api.onrender.com/delete-account.
Send requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction or applicable portability/objection rights to gardenrovers@gmail.com. We verify ownership and respond within applicable legal deadlines. An email address alone cannot establish ownership of an unlinked guest account. Never send passwords or verification codes.
A parent who believes a child’s information was unintentionally stored online can contact us. We investigate and delete it or take appropriate protective action. You can also contact your competent data-protection authority.
We use encrypted communications, authenticated requests and restricted database access. Policy changes update this page and its effective date; significant changes will also be communicated in the app or another appropriate channel.
